4. Service Plans

₹2,999 Basic

A monthly account-management plan for sellers who already have an existing catalog and require ongoing management and optimization.

₹4,999 Pro

An advanced growth-management plan that may include additional performance analysis, keyword research, pricing optimization, advertising management, profitability analysis, product opportunity research, and related services.

₹9,999 Ultimate

An end-to-end management plan that may include the services available in the Pro plan along with unlimited product listing and broader account-management support.

The features and inclusions of each plan may be changed or updated from time to time.

5. Fees and Payments

All applicable service fees will be communicated before or at the time of purchase.

You agree to pay the applicable fees for the services selected.

Prices may be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise.

Payment must be successfully completed before services are provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Subscription & Renewal

Where a service is offered on a monthly basis, the service may continue for the applicable service period according to the selected plan and payment arrangement.

You may request cancellation of future service periods.

Cancellation of a monthly service does not automatically entitle you to a refund for services that have already been provided or for the current service period.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Our services are primarily digital and professional services.

Once work has started, fees for completed or substantially performed services are generally non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. No Guaranteed Results

  • Account decisions
  • Customer decisions
  • Delivery systems
  • Platform availability

Any changes made by Meesho or another third-party marketplace may affect the results of our services.

10. Account Access

For services requiring account access, you may be required to provide appropriate access or authorization.

You remain responsible for ensuring that:

  • You own or are authorized to manage the relevant account.

  • You comply with applicable marketplace rules.
  • You do not provide unnecessary confidential credentials.

Alpha Wolf Technologies will use account access only for purposes reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services.

We will not intentionally request your OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card PIN, banking password, or similar highly sensitive authentication information.

11. Client Responsibilities
